Marina Katsari was born in Nicosia in 1986. She studied Early Childhood Education at the University of Cyprus and completed a master’s degree in Drama and Theatre in Education at the University of Warwick.

As an educator, she collaborates with institutions and organizations, designing and delivering seminars on storytelling applications in education and professional settings. She has worked with the Cyprus Theatre Organization, the Fengaros Music Village, CSI, CARDET, and educational institutions in Cyprus and Greece. As an external collaborator of the Pedagogical Institute, she develops professional training programs and seminars on drama in education, communication skills, emotional management, and the prevention of violent behavior.

She has taught Creative Drama and Children’s Literature at universities in Cyprus and has designed educational programs for museums. As a performer, she presents storytelling performances at festivals, theaters, and cultural venues, collaborating with artists from various countries. She performed in the monologue First Time Snow and co-founded the storytelling groups Paramythies and Okladon.

Katsari is certified in Philosophy for Children and has trained under renowned artists such as Savina Yannatou and Nick Hennessy. Her work has received support from the Embassies of Ireland and Venezuela.
